Fits true to size but legs ride up

I wear them for working out at the gym. The fabric feels nice and doesn’t get sweaty like my 100% polyester workout clothes do. The length is nice when I first put them on but due to the clingy nature of the fabric, they ride up to a little above mid thigh during activities. Pockets are a real plus!
